Five Delphi

— Independent by design

Why SAILE

An external pressure-test combining healthcare credibility, commercial judgement and practical transformation experience — without a product or provider to sell.

— The brief

SAILE is led by Ola Kotun, founder of Five Delphi, who brings 16 years of experience across clinical practice, NHS and private healthcare, consulting, digital health, operating-model design and healthcare transformation.

That experience includes senior work across Nuffield Health, Cleveland Clinic London and KPMG healthcare advisory. The focus is not simply whether an idea sounds attractive, but whether customers can trust it, teams can deliver it and the organisation can scale it responsibly.

— What SAILE examines

A connected view, not an isolated recommendation.

01

No equipment sales

03

No paid introductions

Introductions are not a source of referral income.

04

No clinical provision
